MATTHEW DADDARIO
Matthew Daddario è nato il 1º ottobre 1987 a New York da una famiglia di avvocati di origine italiana. Ha una sorella minore, Catharine, e una sorella maggiore,Alexandra.
Cresciuto nell'Upper East Side di New York, ha frequentato la Collegiate School, per poi studiare business all'Indiana University a Bloomington, laureandosi nel 2016,insomma bello ed intelligente!
E' conosciuto principalmente per il ruolo di Alec Lightwood nella serie tv Shadow Hunters,ma il debutto cinematografico di Matt è avvenuto nel 2013 nel ruolo di Aaron nel film Passione Innocente. Nel 2014 fa parte del cast del film Il Tempo Di Vincere di Thomas Carter.
Nel 2016 prende parte al film horror Cabin Fever.Nello stesso anno recita e dirige un cortometraggio intitolato The Last Hunt, presentato al SoHo international film festival l'11 giugno.
Nel 2016 vice i Teen Choice Aword nella categoria "Miglior Star Emergente". Nel 2017 riceve ben tre candidature ai Teen Choice aword:
-Candidatura come Miglior attore in una Serie TV fantasy/sci-fi per Shadowhunters
-Candidatura come "Choice TV Ship"(Malec) per Shadowhunters
-Candidatura come Miglior bacio per Shadowhunters.
Quest'anno ha ricevuto due candidature ai teen choice aword:
-Candidatura come Miglior attore in una Serie TV fantasy/sci-fi per Shadowhunters.
-Candidatura come "Choice TV Ship" per Shadowhunters.
Al momento Matt è impegnato con le riprese del (probabile) finale di serie di Shadow Hunters.
CURIOSITÀ SU MATT.
1)Prima di fare l'attore ha lavorato per un breve periodo nel settore business,ma ciò non lo rendeva felice ed ha deciso di intraprendere la strada della carriera cinematografica (fortunati noi!! );
2)Il suo sogno è quello di aprire una fattoria,non a caso i suoi profili social contengono per il 70% foto di animali! Vederlo pubblicare una SUA foto è un evento più unico che raro (purtroppo!);
3)Ha una passione (strana) per le mucche! Impazzisce letteralmente per questo animale;
4)Gli piace fotografare (e poi pubblicare) foto di uccelli;
5) E' (purtroppo per noi comuni mortali) felicemente sposato con Esther Kim ,laureata in scienze alla Syracuse University.

MATTHEW DADDARIO IS GABRIEL IN "NAOMI AND ELY'S NO KISS LIST" .
Naome and Ely are best friends and they have a list about some boys that they can't kiss. But when the key figure,a young doorman Gabriel (Matthew Daddario, injecting charismatic warmth) appears on the scene he earns a place of distinction on the “no kiss list” that Naomi and Ely cheekily compile: dreamy, usually out-of-reach boys who they vow not to smooch. The goal is to avoid the kind of conflict that arises nonetheless. The lists and rules will prove futile, and Gabriel will eventually pull Naomi out of her Ely-centric dependency and her downtown cocoon.
